Profile, applications, messages and your own resume download are free, and they always will be. We are paid by the people hiring, never by the people looking for work.
No placement fee, at any plan. Cancel whenever you like. We never ask anybody for a Social Security Number.
What is a placement fee, and why do you not charge one?
An agency charges a percentage of a salary when somebody is hired. We are a platform, not an agency: you find, contact and hire the caregiver yourself, and we never take a cut of that.
What happens when I reach my job limit?
Nothing breaks. Your live jobs stay live and you can buy extra slots, or move up a plan, whenever you need to.
Do I need a plan to list my facility?
No. The facility listing is an add-on you can take on any plan, including Free.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for and then stops; nothing is deleted and your jobs and facility page stay as they are.
What does the launch price mean?
Facilities that join by March 31, 2027 pay the launch price on their plan and keep it for as long as they stay subscribed. If you cancel, the launch price ends with your subscription. Facilities that join after March 31, 2027 pay the regular price.
What happens when I use all my email and phone views?
Messaging still works, and your applicants never use your views. You can add 5, 10 or 20 more views from your dashboard, or wait for your next month to begin.
