Credentials that were actually checked
Vetted Certified names a standard, not a feeling. The badge says which program the caregiver completed, so an employer knows exactly what was verified and what was not.

About Caregiver Career Match
Caregiver Career Match is part of Stone Academy, a state approved career school in Fort Worth, Texas. We spend our days getting people certified, so we see exactly what happens next, and what happens next is the part nobody had built.
Why this exists
Think about what a software engineer has. A profile that holds her work, a public record of where she has been, a site that tells her what the job should pay, and a dozen services competing to route her to the next role.
Now think about what a certified nurse aide in Fort Worth has. A paper certificate in a drawer, a phone number for an agency, and a job ad that says "competitive pay" and stops there.
Care work is skilled work. It is still organized on paper and word of mouth, and that gap is the whole reason this site exists.
What we do
Vetted Certified names a standard, not a feeling. The badge says which program the caregiver completed, so an employer knows exactly what was verified and what was not.
We ask for the number on every role, and where an employer gives it, it is on the card before anybody spends an evening applying. No listing here says "competitive pay" and leaves it there.
Every facility gets one page that works two ways: the open roles for somebody looking for work, and the care types, services and amenities for a family looking at a place for their mother.
Training providers are listed alongside the funding that can cover them, including Moving Stones, a Tarrant County nonprofit that pays tuition, books and supplies for students who qualify.
What we will not do
These are not marketing lines. They decide what we are allowed to build, and each one of them costs us something.
No placement fee, ever. The employer talks to the caregiver directly, hires directly and pays directly, and we never stand between the two. An agency earns more when a placement repeats; we would rather it lasted.
Not for a profile, not to apply, not to be seen, and never for a decision about them. If any part of this site ever asks a caregiver for money to do the core of what it promises, we have broken this.
It is not a general trust mark and it is not a character reference. The badge always says which program was completed, because a mark that means everything means nothing to the person relying on it.
Not for verification, not for an application, not for anything. Texas credentials can be confirmed against the public state registry, so there is no honest reason to hold the one number that cannot be replaced.
Where we come from
Stone Academy has been a state approved career school in Fort Worth since 2010. It runs hybrid programs for Nurse Aide, Phlebotomy Technician and EKG Technician, plus the full Patient Care Technician track: coursework online, skills practiced in person, and the state exam taken in house.
This platform is part of that school, and it is why the credential side of this site is specific rather than decorative. The people who teach the skills are the people who decided what a badge here is allowed to claim.
Training is free to list, and we do not charge a caregiver to find it.

The team
A small team, on purpose. Write to us and one of these three reads it.
Founder and Director
Thirty years in nursing. Nikki directs the Nurse Aide Program at Stone Academy, and the standard this platform checks a credential against is the one she teaches.
Administrator
Nikki's administrator, across the school and the platform. Shay keeps the paperwork, the scheduling and the follow up moving on both sides.
Technical Manager
Abdullah looks after the site and its technical side, from the job board and the caregiver profiles to the facility and employer accounts. He joins Nikki in client meetings.
Where we are
The platform is built for caregiving work anywhere, and we are filling Dallas and Fort Worth first. A directory is only worth opening when it is genuinely complete in one place, and this is the place we teach, so this is the place we know.
