X-rays, Triage, Injection b12, Wound Care, Setup for surgeries, Lab orders, Casting removal, wound dressing, instrument sterilization, stocking rooms, inventory and autoclave.  

Would be send out to different Contract in different specialist office.

·     Documented procedures, lab results, dictated radiographic impressions made by the physician, and any other information pertaining to the patient’s encounter. Document in AMTRAK Vaccines for the state.

·     Processed on audited unaccompanied child’s (UC) medical documentation for discharge, reunification or tranfer. Worked closely on the quality control team with upper management in the compliance department.

·     Listened to the physician in real-time during actual encounters and typed out what was heard, in a word processing program database. Transcribe/Typed dictated all medical terminology, into written forms.

·     Documented the physician/clinicians-dictated patient history, physical examination, family, social, and past medical history. Referral for UC to see dentist or GYN.

·     Worked under the direction of Office Refugee Resettlement (ORR)Emergency Management. Responsible to run COVID unit dorm with assist by a provider.

·     Assisted transcribing all documentation /high volume of vaccines and upload in patient medical records.

·     Created and maintained accurate and confidential patient files. Prepare Medical records.

·     Temperature Screening and COVID Screening with Vitals, weight and height signs.

·     X-rays, EKG, assist in minor procedures, Immunization, IM injection medication, CLIA, prepare for casting and remove casting, assist and set up for tens unit for provider, Call in medication.

·     Creating invoices and bills, processing insurance forms, obtain medical records and managing Attorney documentation.

·     Greeting patients visiting the facility, answering any questions they may have and helping them fill out the required forms. Answering phone calls, creating appointments, directing the calls as required and handling all queries.

·     responding to messages from patients, scheduling appointments according to staff availability and processing insurance claims.

·     Interface effectively with diverse patient populations, communicate with empathy and understanding.

·     Obtain patient vitals, including blood pressure, temperature, and diagnostic information, and maintain medical records using EHR software.

·     X-rays, Autoclave, Immunization, IM injections, EKG, Assist and set up for minor surgical procedures, PFT, breathing treatment, set up for physical exams, CLIA, Flu, Covid and strep test, and Demonstrate proper way to use insulin.

·     Recording and updating medical histories and contact information in patient files, scheduling patient appointments and performing standard care procedures like drawing blood, checking vitals or collecting lab samples.

·     Restock supplies in examination rooms, change bandages, remove stitches and perform physical examinations. They may also be responsible for accepting payment from patients and coordinating prescription refills for patients to pick up at their local pharmacy.
