  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that Employers will find suitable candidates or that Tradespeople will find employment through the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: The Services and all content included on the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of The Trades Board or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
